Welcome to my love triangle // photography, graphic design and fine art.

I have been creating art ever since I can remember. When I was little, my mom would encourage me to enter coloring contests at Walmart (yes, they used to have coloring contests to win Disney VHS movies, haha), the Publix Bakery, Subway, etc., and I would win! It just came natural, and I really liked coloring. An art teacher at my elementary school suggested to my parents one day that they enroll me in private art lessons from Jeanne Pellegrino. And I attended Jeanne’s classes after that for about 10 years! She really opened my eyes to pushing yourself when creating. You can see some of her work here. I attended University of North Florida knowing I wanted to have a career in art... but not as a starving artist. I grew up loving computers and always having the latest software because my dad is a big computer guy. So that was when my path in graphic design was born.

At UNF I was exposed to film photography WHICH I FELL IN LOVE WITH. It’s so raw and beautiful! I also took a photojournalism course which enlightened me to digital photography and the love of capturing real moments in life.

I think all three of my loves feed off and inspire each other. I get ideas from each one for another. I also love to incorporate them into each other. They are all Art.
